The quality of the toys is directly related to the children's physical and mental health, and it influences the domestic and foreign markets of the toys in the increasingly fierce international toy market competition. Therefore, the "toy safety" has become an international focus of the topic, countries and the corresponding organizations have introduced their own toy standards, and the content is constantly updated every year, such as: national mandatory standard GB 6675-2003 "National Toy Safety Technical Specification ", The European Toy Safety Standard EN71, the US toy safety standards ASTMF963, the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act CPSIA, Japan toy safety standards ST2002.
